All orders are processed within 2-3 business days plus in transit time, as long as all items are in stock.International Shipping Information (including Canada)

Shipping and Handling PolicyWe will ship the merchandise by UPS Ground within 3-6 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow UPS Ground time for delivery to your home or business.

All refused and returned shipment will result in a 15% restocking charge plus freight cost incurred. Charge will be billed to your credit card or other payment method immediately.

Since we are dependent on the United Parcel Service (UPS) for the majority of shipping on our site, Amelio C. Enterprises, Inc. observes all holidays recognized by UPS. Amelio C. Enterprises, Inc. does not consider any of the holidays recognized by UPS or weekends as part of the 72 hours required for processing to ship your items. -

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. - Returns & Replacements
- At this time do to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns. Please review your purchases carefully. Any items damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced using standard ground shipping. Damaged or shipped items must be reported within 72hrs of delivery to receive any form of exchange or credit. At any point Amelio C. Enterprises may request the item(s) be return to us. A call tag will be issued at no expense to you the customer. Do not disgard the product unless authorized by a Amelio C. Enterprises staff.
